Inbox helps businesses to interact with their customers with the official WhatsApp API. Whenever they respond to your business-initiated message, you will be able to start a conversation with them without incurring charges once you have connected with your customers.
In Whatso inbox there is a functionality that allows you to directly chat with your customers with any number. This will help businesses to save a huge amount of conversation charges.
Let’s see how it works:
Click on the “Login” option available on the right top corner of the website.
Enter registered email details in the login popup:-
When you click on LOGIN, you’ll see a note in the green line “Email sent. Please check your email. Also, check your spam folder”.
When you open the mail, you’ll see this screen. Please click on the given link.
After you click on the link given in the mail, you’ll be directed to the Whatso dashboard page. As soon as you click on Inbox, the empty page will appear(as shown below) as there is no chat in your inbox.
If any message will come from the customer and if you are on any other tab, green dot will appear which indicates that new message is in your inbox as shown below.
As soon as you open Inbox tab, you will see all your customers messages as shown below. To chat with your customers click on “Chat on your own WhatsApp” button.
Now click on the “Continue to chat” button and you will be redirected to the WhatsApp web, where you have to scan your WhatsApp number.
Now you can start the conversation with your customers on your own WhatsApp.
